24 Hour Cancellation/No Show Fee Policy
We are committed to providing superior quality services to our clients. In the event of a cancellation, we ask that you please provide us at least 24 hours notice so that we can accommodate other clients in need of our services. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
Since the services are reserved for you personally, giving less than 24 hours notice or NO SHOWS will result in a 50% Cancellation Fee that must be paid in order to book a future appointment.
